We are an all-media and fast-growing Bristol-based content agency looking for a talented and creative editor able to deliver engaging B2B print and digital work, with a particular focus on insurance and finance. This is an incredibly exciting role involving the fusion of three areas of expertise: digital content writing, user experience and execution of brand strategy. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on digital content projects for some of our key finance and insurance industry. A key part of the role will include writing content, reviewing content written by the supporting team within Specialist and presenting to the client team. You will also be reviewing and assessing clients’ digital assets such as websites and apps to recommend ways they can create a digital content experience that delivers business objectives and embodies their brand.   The role will include the following elements: Duties include (but are not limited to)
  • Researching, interviewing and writing tight, journalistically-crafted articles
  • Client liaison and account handling
  • Translation of brand objectives into digital content experience
  • Creation of actionable plans to improve content
Key skills
  • Journalistic training and extensive web copywriting experience essential
  • Fast, accurate writing, commissioning and subbing, plus a strong design eye
  • Insurance/finance industry experience preferred
  • Skilled at building client relationships to become a confident and trusted agency partner
  • A cross-platform approach to content and idea generation
  • Working knowledge of CMS systems for uploading web content, maintenance and digital comms
