We are an all media, fast-paced creative agency looking for an experienced, talented and creative Picture Researcher to work on our Picture Desk and deal with all types of photography across our award-winning internal / external magazines and digital work. Our client range includes lifestyle, automotive and finance.

The ideal candidate needs to know a great deal about photography and have an excellent eye for good and bad images. They will need to have excellent relationships with all the major libraries and agencies and know how to find that elusive, perfect image in a flash!

The candidate will work very closely with editors and designers to find that killer image to enrich any content. We’re looking for a proactive ideas person.

An extensive knowledge of licensing is essential, as are excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills. In addition to being creative, we’d love it if you excel at keeping records and invoices in place and maintaining spotless administration of shoots, rights and budgets.
